Description
This is the medium roast that has been winning awards in both 2020 Spring and Fall.
This is one complex oolong. It is floral and fragrant. The complexity comes after the first sip with a smooth liquor and sweetness. This is a oolong best brewed in the traditional gong-fu-cha style. Of course, mugs and regular teapot will do as well. In that case, we suggest a quick 1 second boiling hot water dip to bloom the tea leaves. Use only boiling hot water for this tea, and let it brew for at least 45 seconds on the first brew. You may brew longer, if desired.
Brewing Instruction: 3g (about 1 teaspoon) of tea per 1 cup (250ml) of hot boiling water.
Alternatively, you can do a 1 second of the tea in hot boiling water to bloom the tea prior to brewing.
Storage Instruction: Store in a tightly sealed bag or container away from moisture, light, or strong smell. O
