Description
Wild Canadian Chaga chunks. Harvested in cold winters of 2020/2021 off living Birch trees in Quebec, two chunks can brew up a solid liter of Chaga tea. Chunks can be re-used up to 3 times, keep them frozen in the freezer in between brewing.
This is a WILD product, must be rinsed thoroughly prior to brewing.
Use 1-2 chunk for every 1 liter of water, let the chunks simmer on the lowest possible setting for 1-2 hours. Strain and store the chunks in the freezer until ready to brew again. Keep brewed chaga tea in the fridge up to 5 days, unsweetened or with added milk or cream.
Chunk size? Each chunk is about 2″ – 3″ cube.
