Wild Harvested Morel Mushrooms (Morchella). A much sought after and prized gourmet mushroom for its meaty texture and robust aroma.

- WILD harvested in the western Canadian mountains.

Easy to re-hydrate. Soak in cold water for 20 minutes. Squeeze out excess water, rinse thoroughly and squeeze out all water and they are ready to use. Or you can always soak them in cold water and leave in the fridge overnight until you are ready to use them the next day. DO NOT use soaking liquid for anything. Yes, this is a common misconception to use soaking liquid in cooking and stock, and almost 100% of the cook books will tell you to use soaking liquid. But think for a minute, would you use the washing water for cooking or stock?
