Today, our aging farmers and their next generation of farmers are still tending the fields and making teas in the most traditional ways but with modern technology.
A few years ago, while we were looking for more ingredients to add to our tea, we came across Chaga right here in British Columbia, Canada. Imagine our surprise to the abundant amount of wild ingredients right here in Canada. One thing leads to another, and before we even know it, we dived head first into some of the most amazing wild mushrooms and edibles.
Today, no matter from what forests or mountains, our farmers and pickers are all doing what they do best – bringing the best to you direct from the fields and mountains.
We have collected many awards throughout the years. After each win, we give the awards to the various rea merchants and stores throughout Taiwan who carry our tea to certify that they are.
